Employment Conditions
- Full‑time position
- Working hours in two shifts: 06:00–14:30 and 13:30–22:00, alternating weekly with your colleague
- A gross monthly salary ranging from €3.039,- to €3.763,- on a full-time basis , depending on knowledge and experience, with growth potential up to €4.490,-

What will you do as a Super User at DHL Supply Chain?
After a thorough onboarding period at another site, you will gradually start working independently for the new customer. As a Super User, you support the operation during critical issues. You log IT tickets and support your colleagues. You are the one who understands complex issues and proposes solutions.
You will also be responsible for:
- Providing support to users regarding the relevant applications
- System testing and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Informing (key) users on time about changes in applications and procedures
- Identifying risks and bottlenecks in usage and reporting these to your supervisor
- Preparing proposals for process improvements
What does DHL Supply Chain look for in our new Super User?
- Knowledge of BlueYonder is a plus; SAP Warehouse Module & experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in logistics or a similar role, such as IT Support Technician
- Persuasiveness to train, instruct, motivate and guide stakeholders or project team members within the organization
- Strong communication skills and good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical skills and practical insight to analyze business processes and come up with solutions
